Hey everyone,

How many watts would be needed for 2 asus gtx 760 directcu II?
And what power supply would you recommend for it?
I am currently living in Australia, So please make sure it's australian dollars.
Site I want you to link the PSU to me is Mwave.com.au

Thanks.

Under full load each of those cards will max out at 303W and a total of 37A, so at a minimum I would recommend nothing less than a 700W PSU. For a better answer I'd need to know the rest of your specs, including number of fans, HDD's CPU cooling etc.

a quality 750w would be ideal!

Unless he is running a high end, power hungry AMD FX chip and a half dozen HDD's, in which case he'll need something closer to 850W.

Thanks for the info. I will come back for more help. This forum is probably the best i've made a thread on.

Thanks :)

For all I knew he could have had an FX-9590, which is why I asked for his specs. Unless you think that there is no difference between a 220W TDP and a 70W TDP when it comes to choosing power supplies...

Now go read the OP, where he doesn't state what CPU he is using. Then read the second post, which is mine, where I ask him to list his full specs because I wanted to know what CPU he was running. Then be quiet.

I have listed the specs. Just scroll up a bit.

I saw that fella. I was just pointing out to the other guy that I asked prior to you listing them.
