there are 2 reasons that are this is possible to happen.
1) you might be playing on a server and you have a high ping and most of the people have a lower ping than you do.
ping is what we call the round trip time.it is the time in milliseconds it takes data to reach the server that you are playing on and for that data to be returned to you.if you have a higher ping it means it will take more time for that data to reach to you.if someone has a lower ping he will revive data faster than you and if you run in front of him in the game he will see you first.and he will likely kill you.no need to go into depth about how ping is added up.but the more distance the server you are playing on the higher the ping will probably be.
2)you wont like this but you are probably a noob and your tactics suck.
