780 classy backplate question

hi all, i have a gtx 780 classified with an ek water block on it and i was wondering if the evga backplate will work with it? if not is there a good way to mod it too work? any tips and tricks are appreciated thanks!

yeah i was just trying to avoid another $30 purchase as i already have the official evga one. so i assume it isn't compatible?

i tried for a second or two then gave up, it seemed like the screw where not long enough so i wonder about maybe buying longer ones....

hey sorry for the laaaaaaaaaaate reply! yup getting slightly longer screws worked! not all screws where needed so i attached the ones that are required and it seems to fit as it should, the only real difference is that the screw heads are larger so they sit on top of the backplate a bit, but that isn't a big deal to me.
