Hello and welcome to the forums.

You've got many items covered well, R9 270X seems to be the right value/money in Indian market.

I'd strongly suggest i5 for gaming and coding alike, because the AM3+ platform is almost dead and there's no upgrade from FX 8 whatsoever, you can however upgrade to i7 or Xeon in future from i5 if needs be. For your current needs, i5 at stcok (ie, w/o OCing) is plenty.

The MoBo selected is great (for Intel), EX4 will be great for OCing. You can also go for Z97 as it'll support the Broadwell chips as well, but there's no difference in performance whatsover.

A sincere advise on RAM, do not get a single stick with plans to add another later, its better to get both right now or get a single 8GB sticks. That is because, even identical sticks may not work with each other unless they're company-paired. They're not fond of working will with non-pairs. So even a single 8GB stick would be better, 2X4GB would be the optimal config.

For case, Phantom 410 is the best case from the choice IMO, but you can help yourself there, also, my suggestion for a good looking yet affordable case is:

Sorry, left some points. For the PSU, Antec VP550P is a great value/money while being more than fine wattage wise.

My other option would be SeaSonic, avoid Corsair CS/ CX/ VS/ CXM/ builder series PSUs, they're cheap quality.

If you're not looking to OC straightaway, there's not a need for aftermarket heatsink, when you decide to try your hand at it, you can buy it at that time. Anyways, CM Hyper EVO 212 or TX3 (a lighter version) would be good choices.

Nope, 270X ships for 15k INR and 280X for 23k INR, from decent brands. And there's no compulsion for CPU and GPU to be from same brands, there's absolutely no need for AMD CPU with AMD GPU. AMD has MANY drawbacks, its a dead platform, no upgradibility whatsoever, uses more energy and simply doesn't win against i5 in gaming.

The first link has 'used' components, new starts from 21.5k:
http://www.ebay.in/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_sop=15&_nkw=r9+280x&_dcat=40156&rt=nc&LH_ItemCondition=3

As said, 270x is 15k.

280X is obviously better than 270X, but for a 7k price premium. You wouldn't suggest Used GPU for a PC builder, or will you?

8 cores, seriously? Redo your Homework.

Those 8 cores are housed in 4 modules, and in each module, 2 cores share the resources, resulting in much less single core performance, on which most games rely. Intel has 1 core per module giving much more single core performance and FPU, even OCed FX 8 doesn't match non-K i5 in single core performance. Look at some benchmarks, FX 8 almost always looses to i5 in gaming, needs af cooling and OCable MoBo, besides the fact that it has no upgrade path whatsoever.

Cache?
When the cache is shared amongst the cores, all the extra present in FX 8 looses the advantage, its all shared.

The stuff on paper is decent only on paper, look at benchmarks, reviews and suggestions, any wise person would refrain from FX 8 right now, atleast in gaming.

Well there is only 1 MoBo worth considering under 12k price tag:

^MSI Z97 G3, but you loose SLI capability, mean you can't put 2 GPUs from Nvidia, if you upgrade GPU to GTX in future. If that's fine, then its a great MoBo, but I'd just go for EX4 due to SLI ability.

Quality wise, both SeaSonic and Antec are great, I was suggesting a cheaper yet quality solution, feel free to go with SeaSonic 620W, its not overkill. But if you're looking at best value/money VP is the best that way.

And Sanjay, refrain from selecting best solution in future, only Mods and OP have that authority.
