Is this a good gaming/ graphic design build? I understand the sky is the limit when it comes to computers. I've looked around and gotten a lot of help from others.
For for the brands, the quality and the performance is this good? ( in layman terms please, I've only just started)

That CPU will go great the build, Intel CPU's are only better in certain areas but if you're going to render videos, AMD wins that battle with the extra cores, the 0.2 GHz will help the rendering slightly, however, both CPUs are both very adept at gaming, I'd buy the AMD or the Intel if it's cheaper for you.

To be blunt this is terrible value for money I built a system with the same processor and an r9 270 graphics card for 500 dollars. For a 100$ dollar build Ill tell you whats wrong first cpu way underpowered contrary as it might seem the 6 core processor is not even close to the fastest amd has to offer and way worse than the I5 4670k by intel which you could also fit in this budget. try to rebuild that power supply is way overpriced I got mine for 50 dollars less and it can and will outperform also you could get 16 gb of ram for the price of your 8gb kit so I would suggest a much cheaper 8gb kit and then throw in an r9 270 or 280 depending on the sales right now then you have a very good pc for the same price
