There are lots of problems with my system.... When I play fullscreen mode, the pc just shut himself down for no reason at all. I fixed that problem by putting all my games to windows mode. But now... when I try to play BF4, the game loads but it cover only 1/4 of the screen, EVERYTIME when I try to maximize the window the computer shutdown.... To be specific, the computer cuts off it's power. I know that because my PSU take a few minutes to warm up and everytime this happens of me, I can't boot up for a few minutes..... But my PSU is more than enough to run my system without any problem.
Specs:
GPU: Hd 7990
CPU: i7 4770k
PSU: 1200W xilence
RAM: 16gb corsair vengeance pro 1866mhz
1 optical drive
1 ssd
1 hdd
and a Water 3.0 Pro from thermaltake
I checked the CPU temperature(50-60C), CPU voltage (@around 1.25), GPU temp (60-70) and even tried to overclock the CPU. Nothing worked. Please help!

I would be monitoring your Temps and voltage... When I say voltage I am interested in the 12 volt and 5 volt numbers... and what do you mean by " my PSU take a few minutes to warm up " this does not sound good.

Try installing the newer graphics card driver. Here's the link: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
If that doesn't work, then try lowering the game's graphics settings.
If even THAT does not work, then reinstall the game. The game is a bit buggy, to be honest.
If NEITHER of the above solutions work, you may have a problem with your PSU.

IKR xD it's so weird. Every time I turn the PSU on, the lightings on my mouse just start blinking.

If the whole pc shuts off completely it is usually the psu and in some cases temps. Whether it be cpu or mobo temps.
