pc wont turn on think its my psu

So I wanted to get better cable management because my green led fan was hitting my pci cable so I tucked all my psu cables behind my case when I plugged them all back in the fans would flicker for sec and they wouldnt turn on idk what's wrong with it but I think I might have shocked my power supply
But now my pc won't turn on at all no life whatsoever
Specs
PSU cx430w
motherboard MSI E35 A78
gpu msi r7 Radeon 260x
Ram 8gb ballistix cpu
1 TB western digital caviar blue

Please help if you know the answer

My pc wasn't turning on because I WAS USING THE WRONG OUTLET KMG OMG OMG feel so stupid
