I am upgrading my PC at home which is generally used for Web Browsing or for some very light gaming.
I have decided on the config but just want to ask if theres any Bottleneck or anything that is just too excess for my specified use.
Ok, so here's the build :

Intel 3.4 GHz LGA 1150 i3 4130 4th Generation Processor

NVIDIA GT 730 2GB 2 Graphics Card http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/GT7302GD3/specifications/

Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2PV Motherboardhttp://www.gigabyte.in/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4664#sp

Corsair CX430 430 Watts PSU

Kingston ValueRAM DDR3 4 GB PC RAM

I already have hard disk (HDD).

Any changes are welcome.

4 GB of memory is plenty to get by, even for the more modern titles. Having more will help, but it isn't necessary. Also, the PSU is perfectly fine, as it's a Tier 3 PSU. Even if there was some light OC'ing going on, it would be fine.

The ram is an obvious bottleneck in gaming, especially if you have web browsers open at the same time. That PSU is not the best, but it should do for the parts listed. What sort of games are you wanting to play?

Only games like Fifa 15 at low/med settings.
Since RAM is an easily upgradable component it doesnt matter much, I am more concerned about the rest of them.
Any suggestions you have about the PSU...?

In the states, the R7 250 is in the same price range as the GPU you've selected. Neither GPU is a powerhouse but the R7 is far superior.
Either way, your build will serve you well.

It's sort of the same price range, but it's more on par with the cost of the 740. The 740 will give almost identical performance, and will perform smoother than the R7 due to driver compatibility. If both the R7 250 and the 740 are the same cost in India, I'd go for the 740.

However, holding off until after the next GTX release (supposed to be really soon) may make a much nicer card come into the OP's price range. It's possible the GT 750, and possibly the 750 Ti, will drop in price enough to match the price range of what the OP would spend now on the 730/740; and that would easily make for a better buy. Waiting will definitely yield something a better build for about the same cost.
