i just got an h100i liquid cooler which comes with 2 120mm fans. My haf x case came with only 1 200mm fan mounted on top where the radiator should be installed. Do i install the radiatior and remove the 200mm fan or do i keep the fan and do a push/pull config with only 1 200mm fan on the other side? Will it be harmful in any way for the radiator? It probably wont even make a difference.

In push-pull configurations, the radiator is like the ham in a ham sandwich. It is mounted to the tow sets of fans of which one set in turn is mounted to the case. I doubt that you can mount the radiator to the holes in the 200mm fan. Also, your ham sandwich would look lop-sided if you have rye bread on one side and a piece of baguette on the other!
