Graphics cards options.

I'm getting a new graphics card and I have a list of ones I'm interested in.
Gigabyte R9 270X GDDR5-4GB 2xDVI/HDMI/DP OC Graphics Card (GV-R927XOC-4GD)
Sapphire DUAL-X AMD Radeon R9 270X OC 4GB GDDR5 2DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort pci-e
R9 270X GAMING 4G MSI AMD Radeon R9 270X Gaming 4G Graphics Card 4GB

So which one is the best for playing games like bf4 on ultra?

What are your other system specs? I was playing with most settings on high with a 270X but ultra was giving it problems. Eventually went with 2 R9 280s.

All are great and will be equal, the difference is 1 or 2 FPS at most. Get the cheapest one. FYI, 4GB VRAM won't be any good with 270X, unless you want to Crossfire in future. You can get a R9 280 or GTX 760 in that price, both of which are better than 270X.

I think your going to have problems running it on Ultra especially in multiplayer with that set up

A8 6600k won't bottleneck the 270X, and that on 280 or 760 would not be significant.

That's probably the most important thing. Grab a new CPU and a 280 or 280X. Then you'll be good to go.

Yep, won't be the best experience. Btw OP, do have any idea the iGPU of your APU is better than the GPU currently installed (GT 610)?

An i5 at the least. FX 8 was an option but right now the platform is almost dead. So, a 4th gen i5 would be good enough for the setup

Yep they won't, you'll need a LGA1150 MoBo for 4th gen Intels.

R9 280, it'll be slightly bottlenecked by A8, but you can hopefully get some juice out of it, or 270X if you want the most potential out of the card
