hey im planing on upgrading my computer and i've already decided to buy a r9 280x or a gtx 970 gpu and a intel core i5 4690 cpu and i was just wondering if i should upgrade my 2 g.skill sniper f3-12800cl9d-8gbsr ram?

also any ideas what sort of mobo i should buy ?

4690 or 4690K, for the regular 4690 a H97 mobo is fine, if going the 4690K (my suggestion, even if you don't want to OC now, down the road it's like getting a free CPU upgrade by OCing it some) then you'll want a Z97 mobo
