Hi? can I use this? to re-seat my heatsink

i have loads of these which i got with my iphone and nexus to clean the screen

can i use that to wipe off the cpu and cpu cooler base with my artic 5 cleaner bottles.

ok well i was recommended to use artic and i have it now
but wat im asking is

can i use that cloth in the picture
