I Disabled the Administrators in my Computer, How can i get it back witout any Administrator account?

You need admin privilages for doing this 
Right-click "my computer" and select "manage". Expand "local users and groups". Select "users". Now roght-click on the administrator account and select properties. You can enable it in there.

I doubt that you are asking this out of any devious intent and that you did do as you said, but because we have no way of knowing this, and because someone else can use this thread to figure out how to hack into someone elses computer we just cant help you out.
