Hello guys.
Im new to this so sorry if this has been answered.I have a pc with P5G41T-M LX and I was wondering can I put 2x4gb Kingston HyperX Black 1333MHz or I need to get the kvr's because of the g41 chipset??

Solution
Hi, I'm Jewel with Kingston Technical Support. Any current HyperX Black memory would not work properly in your motherboard since it is an older chipset. You would need to get a discontinued KVR part number to be sure it would work properly like part number KVR1066D3N7K2/8G or KVR1333D3N9K2/8G. The main issue is that our currently manufactured 4GB modules are high density which means they use the same DRAM as an 8GB chip would but half as many to make the 4GB capacity. So the G41 chipset and corresponding CPU would not be able to communicate properly with the high density 4GB modules. For any further assistance, please call us at 1-800-435-0640 (USA and Canada only) M - F 6am - 6pm PT and I or another available Technician will assist...
