According to Kingston's website, No you cannot

Compatible with P55, H67, P67, Z68, Z77and H61 Intel chipsets; as well as A75, A87, A88, A89, A78 and E35 AMD chipsets

Often yes but it can vary esp with older Core 2 socket 775 chipsets.

The thing with the Fury lines of DRAM is unlike 'normal' DRAM that uses XMP profiles in sticks 1600 and up, the Kingston sticks are dependent on PnP which is why they specifically identify compatible chipsets, and there is still a catch even in having a compatible chipset, the BIOS needs to be ready for these type sticks - else you are stuck with manual setup - and that's if the sticks will even allow you to boot into BIOS
