Hello friends, I want to ask you a question. I have bought a XFX AMD Radeon R9 270X graphics card.....for this card I've also bought a Corsair VS 650 (I had to consider my budget). As I have an AOC monitor (e2043) which provides me a max resolution of 1600x900 and it has VGA connection.
But when I saw the card after buying, there was no VGA connection, there were two DVI-I and two HDMI connectors. My question is, will a DVI-I to VGA connector work???If it works, should just connect and install drivers or need to change some setting to convert from DVI to VGA quality???

Solution
DVI-I to vga adapters work just fine to go from DVI video card to VGA monitor

If your GPU came with an adaper, its best to use the one they gave you.

There is DVI-D and DVI-I so make sure the port you are using is DVI-I on your GPU
