Hello,

I've been having issues with my laptop for the last 2 month.
I gave it in to repair due to overheating and he switched the thermal paste and cleaned up the gaming laptop from the inside. I even formatted my PC and reinstalled all newest drivers, because I read it could by driver related. However, the problem persits. It happens randomly when I play games such as: League of Legends & Hearthstone. Does anyone have a tip what i can do? Is my hardware damaged? I got 1 blue screen once out of all the crashes throughout the 2 months this problem persisted... Does anyone know what to do? :(

Thanks for the help

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.
