What can be causing this?
I ran MemTest and both my memory modules look OK.
I also ran Windows memory diagnostic cool...

What can it be and how can i fix it?
I can give more reports if needed.

thanks in advance

Solution
Safe mode, check event logs by right clicking Computer, then click manage, then open event logs, pay attention to red spats on system and programs. add the main ones here for us chipset heads to look at.
