hi.. i saw a clip on youtube , this guy put 5 fans on each side of the noctua d14 at 800rpm and the temp was much lower than 1 fan at higher rpm.
can we really add more fans for lower temps???

More about : performance noise

yes, less noise? most likely not. to reduce noise get a larger fan that is slower but moves more air. It will be much quiter

Well it's all about air flow, so if there's more then yes. But then is the noise less or more?

What was the actual temp difference?
Under what conditions and load?
Which fans? Original or aftermarket?

Here is a test on the Hyper212 with push/pull vs a single fan.

A degree or two at best.

i dont have a link sorry but there is a guy that put 40 fan on a crosair h100i (20 on each side) the noise was really laud but the temps was below 0 so i think the airflow is greater with more fans but the noise i need understand more... cos if he low the rpm the airflow will go down but also the noise, but cos he has like 40 fans the temps still are low.

Unless there is some active cooling (peltier, inside a fridge, LN2, whatever)....no matter how many fans you introduce, it cannot go below ambient temperature.
Period.

If he is showing 0C (or below) with 'just fans'...he is lying. That cannot be done.
Yes, I watched your linked video. That cannot happen.

Not on this planet, anyway.
