msi r9 280x faulty card? HELP!!

Hello, my r9 280x is acting really strange right now and lately, I already had some stuttering and minor artifacting in some games but it's getting out of hand now. ill include an image where my google chrome starts to artifact really badly, the question is though, is this a faulty card or could it be something else instead?

Do you have the latest drivers? If not, update them. If the problem still persists, you might want to return the card.

IF this happens everywhere, not just in one or two applications, I would guess it is a memory issue with the card and I would RMA it.

Dont know if you found a solution but i saw a video on youtube where some guy had issues with artifacts and he tried everything before testing out his drivers, he was using beta drivers when he had it and then he used older ones and it worked
