I have an Intel 3570k
http://ark.intel.com/products/65520
and a Cool Master Hyper N520
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I am interesting in overclocking my CPU. I was wondering if anyone could help me out and tell me a safe amount to overclock, and possibly link some good overclocking guides (or give me some instructions yourself)
Thank you, and I'm sorry if I used the incorrect terminology when asking this; I am new to overclocking.

"K" processors are very easy to OC. Find your CPU clock multiplier in BIOS and start increasing it a click at a time. Save and exit to Win. Run Intel Burn Test on its default 10-pass run while watching core temps. If it passes, repeat.

Remember where the multiplier originally was at in case you want to return it to stock.

I found this guide to be supremely helpful when overclocking my i5 3570K. http://www.overclock.net/t/1247413/ivy-bridge-overclock...
