So My PC is this:

1) CPU - Intel i7-3770K Core, Socket 1155, 3.5GHz;
2) Motherboard - Asus Sabertooth Z77;
3) Graphics Card - Asus GeForce GTX 680 DirectCU II 4GB GDDR5.
4) Memory - Corsair Vengeance PC3-12800 DDR3 1600 2x8GB CL9;
5) CPU Liquid Cooler - Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H100i;
6) Hard Drive - WD Caviar Green 3TB SATA3 64MB;
7) SSD - Samsung 840 Pro SSD Series 256GB SATA3 Basic Kit;
8) PSU - 850 watts thermaltake EVO BLUE 2.0.

I want to buy GTX 980 for this rig and my GTX 680 send to my brother, his PC is more or less this:

1) CPU - AMD FX 4300 quad core 3.80 ghz;
2) Motherboard - Asus M5A78L- M LX3;
3) PSU - 460 watts;
4) Memory - Corsair Value Select CMV8GX3M1A1600C11 DDR3-1600;
5) Graphics Card - GeForce gtx260.

I can see that maybe his PSU isn't sufficient for GTX 680. But what do you think about me buying GTX 980?

Not going to fault you on a 980 if a 680 isn't going to waste. Without details on the brother's comp's PSU and as you havn't provided details,you already know that you bro needs a psu upgrade

He did, its 460w. Your brother will need at least a 500w but I reccomend 750w. As for you I think you will really enjoy the 980, go for it.

I want to wait, but as I read about it they say that card isn't even fully operational because a lot of the features aren't being used and I have money now, but don't know what will happen in time and there is always ''better wait a year'' thing ^_^

thank you, I want to, but it's a lot of money, what variant would you recommend? I like Asus, but they didn't do anything special.

Wattage isn't the only solution. Efficiency and ample amperes will outperform a higher wattage but ineffiient PSU. That is entirely unlikely in this case, but it worth asking in case it's one of those energy efficient ones.

Play it safe. Generally I go with trusted brands like Asus (as you said you like), EVGA, and MSI. I have heard good things about Galaxy's Windforce GPU's but have not tried them personally.

Also your brother can hold onto the 680 until the money becomes available. You can find decent (won't blow up, but only last about 3 years or so) 600w power supplies for around 50 bucks.

I decided to do so, he has xbox360, will sell it to buy a better PSU. And I'm thinking about Gygabyte or MSI. I looked at GTX 970 and money-quality it's so awesome, but I hope that extra for GTX 980 will pay for itself.

Price/Performance an overclocked 970 can match a stock 980. There's no reason to pay extra to buy a 980 and they'll just introduce a ti version in a few months anyway.
