Hi, so I just picked up Prototype 2 on steam for cheap as it seemed okay. I saw I exceeded the recommended specs. And when I got the game it runs okay briefly and get around 40 fps. But I have lowered it all the way and to 1280x720 and when on rooftops I get around 30-40fps and then on street and in action I get around 16-24fps. I am using the latest Nvidia drivers. And have fiddled with CPU usage and the HID trick these have done nothing. Please help?
