my current build is a
Intel Core i5 750 (lga 1156)
asus P7H55-M
8gb ddr3 ram
2 hard drives 250gb and a 160gb
2 dual layer burners
Zalman CNPS5X Performa CPU Cooler
2gb asus GeForce GT 610 video card
creative 5.1 sound card (really old one pci, i don't even know why i still have this works perfectly though)

my question is my mother board is an 8 pin but it is working with a 4pin, and im running this current build with a 300 watt power supply, i am going to get a new power supply this week, just cause " i can" but i want to know am i really going to see any difference? cause right now i have no problems at all no blue screens, no random shut offs every thing works fine, if i do get this new power supply will i see any difference? my computer even runs quiet...

Just had a quick look on extreme power supply calculator and although I did not enter all your spec (it's been a long day and I need to hit the sack) it show that you need at least a 300w. Not sure what usb devices, fans etc you are using so you will need to take that into account as well. You don't want to put too much strain on you psu, however at the same time you don't want to get something drinking too much juice. Also it may be worth thinking about any future upgrades you are going to do.

Hope this help!

SR-71 Blackbird, you are correct. They are not accurate and the term "calculator" is a misnomer. They should be termed "power supply estimator" as this is all they can do. I should have been more accurate and put in a caveat stating they are not accurate. I stand corrected.
