Hi Guys,

Here's my build:

i5-4690k
Gigabyte GA-Z97-SLI ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX Video Card
XFX TS 550W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply
Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

I need a case with good cooling fans, that fits my build for less than ~$75 if possible.

Thanks.

P.S. What do you guys think of my build for gaming?

Solution
all your parts are looking fine

as for your case, did you want a case that comes WITH good cooling fans? or one that can fit some good cooling fans? most budget cases come with some standard 120mm fans, but for a truly quality fan you'll have to shell out some bucks.

some go-to's that I like are:
Corsair 300R
one of the more well-liked mid cases

NZXT Source 210
roomy and fairly solid for a case of its price

Cooler Master HAF series has by far the best air flow ventilation than any other cases i have had. currently using CM HAF 912.

I think I'm going to go with the NZXT Source 210 Elite but on PCPartPicker it says that the Video Card may block some drive bays? Is this a serious issue?

yep as tiny voices said, long graphics cards might block out 2 of the 8 drive bays this case has (since it just shoots straight up from the bottom I believe), but if you really only use 1 SSD and 1 HDD like most ppl do then you will have 0 problems
