Is MHz difference noticeable between the two cards

I am planning on buying a graphics card, since now I have integrated Intel HD graphics (Pentium G3420 3.2GHz processor - http://ark.intel.com/products/77775/Intel-Pentium-Processor-G3420-3M-Cache-3_20-GHz ).

Is the 200MHz difference of graphics processor between the two noticeable/worth paying additional 40 euro. All their other specs are the same (2GB memory, 256bit interface, 5600MHz memory tact(?), etc).
Monitor resolution is 1920x1080.

I will mostly use it for gaming.

First: MSI Radeon R9 270 2GB GDDR5 R9 270 GAMING 2G (900 MHz)
Price goes around 160-175 euro.

Second: MSI Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 R9 270X HAWK (1100 MHz)
Price goes around 200-215 euro.

Also, will the processor bottleneck them? If so, can I go for Radeon R7 graphics cards (will those get bottleneck), if they are worth it, considering that they are only 10-20 euros cheaper?

Sorry if something is unclear, I'm kind of bad at explaining what I want :)

yeah you will notice the difference but also you can overclock the 270 to (almost) match the specs of the 270x still if you have the money i recommend the 270x

your pentium wouldn't bottleneck your card

Ok. According to the review linked by VincentP, 270 is really close to 270X, so I'm changing my decision, and will go for 270, since it is cheaper, for almost the same performance. Once again, thanks.
