Hey so perhaps someone here can help me. I just built a new pc, all drivers are up to date & I've tried reinstalling the graphics drivers twice. At the moment I get a stutter on my screen whenever I play a video in any browser. It actually happened one time when I was playing a game too not sure why that was. Guess the problem is with flash player. This stutter happens when I close the tab with the video in it as well.
Sometimes it is not just a stutter & the PC actually goes black with white lines through it. Sometimes I can correct the problem by stopping the video by alt+f4 the browser, sometimes after ~10 seconds the black screen will go, it will then flicker for ~5 seconds then go back to normal. This has caused my PC to crash once although I had to restart the PC a few times.
Unplugging the DVI cable doesn't seem to have any effect, it is still there when I plug it back in.
It does not happen when I play any videos from on my PC, only from the browser (aside from that one time playing a game but I did have a browser open in the background).
I have two monitors & the one that goes bust is the one where the video is being played.

EDIT: I'm not getting the issue using Netflix either, it's youtube & iplayer. Strange though as I thought iplayer used silverlight.
