Battlefield 4 Lag and Low framerate, New computer

I recently bought and built a new computer and when I play battlefield 4 I get really bad lag and FPS, I have updated my drivers completely and added several FPS and lag fixes to my files, but it still runs horrible, I have an Intel i5-4670k, ASUS GTX 750ti OC edition 2GB, 8GB of Corsair Vengance Ram, Gigabyte Z87-OC motherboard and a WD Black 1TB Hard Drive. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Are you on Windows 7? My fix is to switch to 8 but you can try to unpark your CPU cores if your in Windows 7: http://www.coderbag.com/programming-c/disable-cpu-core-parking-utility
Core parking is when Windows powers down cores that aren't needed and may affect game performance. I have a FX-6300(with R9 270x) and tried everything to fix the same problem as you, and I switched to Windows 8.1 and it solved everything. Windows 8 manages multi-core processors better than 7.
