New PC configuration, what do to buy or wait ?

Hello, first I want to tell sorry for my bad English. After this I want to ask a question. My question is, what to do I have need from new pc. Now i Work on very old configuration, i like to play many games espesially FPS games, but I cant now. Please tell me what is you're oppinion what to do, to buy a new computer now or wait new Intel Skylake CPU's. I think if I buying now new pc to buy this components:
Mobo: ASUS MAXIMUS VII Formula s.1150
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K s.1150
GPU: nVidia GTX970
To soon i thinking is better to buy the new platform X99 with ddr4 memory, but i read many threads and I look for this platform is much expensive and is't have effect to buy it for gaming. My main ourpose is HARDCORE GAMING and STREAMING in twitch.tv. I would like to ask you not offer me configurations with AMD because I'm skeptical parametrized them. Thank you for spend time :)

your selected components are good if recent history continue the next iteration of Intel is gonna be roughly a 10% increase in processing power and a 10% of reducing energy consumption.
So unless you want to wait more than a year (for a new process in GPU) then you should go with those

I living in Bulgaria, my budget is this:
Mobo: ~400$
CPU: ~400$
GPU: ~550-650~ I think nVidia 980 but is much expensive here is 750$ and for me this is much

EDIT: Tank you for fast answers, I cant wait 1 year, if they were 3-4 mounths i will can on some way, but 1 eyear is too much. I think to but after 3-4 days the mobo and after 10-15 days more the CPU. The GPU is last because is the most expensive part of all configuration, and maybe i will have chance to buy GTX980.
