getting new PC and wondering if i will be able to overclock it without issue.

planing on getting this PC. will everything be okay for overclocking or any other issues anyone see with the setup?

Nope, setup looks alright and you should be able to overclock well on that motherboard(8+2 Power phase, VRM heatsinks). I have it myself and overclocks just fine. If anything, I would change that power supply to one of known company like Seasonic, EVGA, Corsair, Antec etc.
You also don't 800W of a power supply. If you can, put an SSD in there. Put one in mine recently and everything is just faster (not gaming performance wise)
