Weird Bootup Error

So, one day, I decide to boot up my PC, like any other day. But I had an error pop up, it said "Windows could not start correctly" Or something like that, I was given two options, Go to A Backup (Which the computer just rebooted when I selected that) and Start Windows Normally. I chose Start Windows Normally, the computer loads it to the loading screen, shuts down, then reboots.

After a number of times, of clicking Start Windows Normally, the computer booted properly.
The second I got on my account, I ran a virus scan, on the boot sector, the C: drive, everything.
NOTHING. My computer was fine.

So, I deleted everything I downloaded ever since this started, I shut it down, booted it, same problem. So, I check the BIOS, everything is running properly.

I'm scared to shut down my PC, just if it won't ever let me back on it.

I need help pronto, the thing is I built this PC, it ran fine for 1 month. Also, in my games, it keeps doing this weird rotation thing, like its turning, but this isn't a support site for games.

Well, if you know ANYTHING about this please, PLEASE, let me know.

I've never had this error before, and don't post "Build a new computer" Or "buy a new computer"

Thanks.
