I just bought a new wireless router and set it all up, but it can only connect to my laptop and nothing else. What can I do to fix this? I have not been able to connect to routerlogin.net is there something I need to do there so I can connect to my Wi-Fi with other devices? Any and all help is appreciated, thanks.

Here's a stupid question.. How do I check that? I have a MacBook Air, I don't know if that changes anything but I just thought you should know in case it does.

On the macbook open your web browser and type 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.0 in the address bar, and enter admin and password for the router. If you have never done that then there are settings you probably have to configure surely which can be done through a wizard.

I tried both a couple of times and I wasn't able to connect. The address bar would partially behind to load up, and then it would stop and tell me that it "failed to open page."

Are you sure you are connected with the laptop? Try a wired connection also to make sure.
