Ok. So after looking to all the dark corners of the internet, I have come up with two main things

-In order to upgrade my graphics card from the GTX 645 it is currently, I need a larger PSU, preferably a 500w.
-Alienware does make a 330w, but not a 500w, thus leading me to believe I will need a new case if I want to upgrade my G-card.

I am asking the community if they can present me any other solutions I have not already thought of. Money is not an obstacle, however if your proposed plan's cost becomes to high, consider that I would probably just buy a new setup. I am trying to salvage my existing setup, before nuking it and starting over.

Solution
A easy solution would the GTX 750 Ti, this will give you much more performance while retaining your PSU.

I had fix an alienware for someone recently, had a blown PSU - coulnt get hold of a alienware replacement, and when using a normal 3rd party PSU I couldnt connect any of the weird case power parts (flaps and lights... yeah dont ask), also the alienware AIO liquid cooler had a proprietary connection. Real pain, in the end I removed it all from the shit alienware case and put it in a another standard case, replaced the PSU with a EVGA unit and the AIO with a corsair version.

Corsair CX 500W is only about $50. More than enough for your needs. But if you want headroom for future upgrade then look in to AX version of 700W or other brands. They tend to be around $130. As for which graphics lots of options. From R9 270 to GTX 980. Just matter how much you are willing to pay.

But since your computer is alienware which is a prebuilt computer. Better check if your bios isn't locked. Because pre-built manufacturers do sometimes lock out their bios meaning they won't let you upgrade your computer.

This is a lesson to you people that you shouldn't buy overpriced crap Alienware. Just build your own computer.

Which 750 TI though tried that and the power was @the inverse location of the stock gpu. Making it an impossible fit.
