I just received my new 27" IPS Glass Panel Pro monitor from Monoprice today. When I plug it in, it refuses to power on at all... no power LEDs... nada. The only thing that happens, is the external power brick makes an intermittent chirping sound. I was wondering whether I need to go ahead and initiate an RMA, or try purchasing a new power brick adapter first. Any advice?
