I am Going to buy a new CPU
My Budget is around INR 30,000 (30K) [ $1 = INR 60 ]

I have a 19" 1440*900 Monitor
So I have Decided the Following Specification for My PC :-

Processor :- Intel Core i5 4460/4440 - 10.5K
Motherboard :- Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1 - 3.4K
RAM :- Kingston Value 4GB 1333MHz RAM - 2.4K
HDD :- WD 500GB Blue - 3K
DVD RW :- Asus/Lite-On DVD Drive - 1K
GPU :- ASUS 750TI 2 GB DDR5 - 10K
Power Supply :- Seasonic ECO 400 - 2.5K
Cabinet :- Deepcool Tesseract BF - 2.7K

I am tight on Budget Currently
So i decided to take a Better Processor over a Better GPU
As i will have money later and getting a new GPU is Easier then a CPU

So Can this Rig Run all the Game on High-Very High @1440*900 with like 40-50 FPS ?

Or any Changes ?

First my thought was Fx6300 + R9270X ... But then changing Processor will force me to change Motherboard too .. and maybe sometimes RAM too .

Solution
Both of those boards have only one PCI-E slot.

the Gigabyte has 2 x PCI X1 slots compared to the MSI's 1. I'd still take the Gigabyte board over that MSI.

That rig is fine, keep that CPU and just upgrade the GPU later on. The i5 at that res is perfectly fine for the years to come.

For gaming I'd suggest getting a better GPU first and then upgrade to a better processor. Also that motherboard has only one PCI slot. Maybe you could get something better such as this MSI H81M-P3.

Thank
I will get the Same Rig then :) Upgrading a GPU is Easy then the CPU as i may have to change the Motherboard ( and RAM ) to if i change the CPU

Also i have a doubt .. Upcomming Games will be More CPU intensive or GPU intensive ?
I have see games like Assassins Creed Unity huge Crowd Design and GTA 5 ... It may be CPU intensive

It will be more GPU intensive, However it is a much easier task to replace the graphics card and that i5 will not need to be upgraded anytime soon. It is far beneficial to stick with a good CPU as graphics cards tend to get outdated far more quickly. At your resolution the GTX 750Ti will be great, and your CPU even better. Upgrading to a better graphics card late on is always an option.
