Nothing working, brand new build

Okay, so I just put everything together from components on new egg..literally everything, case included...built from scratch. I have done this once before and I am a programmer by trade so I understand the technology and this is generally pretty easy. Here's the thing, everything lights up on startup but I get a no signal to the monitor. Obviously I don;t even have windows installled because of the fact I purely ordered hardware but I SHOULD still at least get the POST. I don't. There are NO BEEPS and everything lights up as it should, all green or blue and all fans working. I have tried connecting the monitor to the GPU directly and tried to connect it to the MOBO directly (with the GPU completely taken out) still nothing. No beep...nothing. Processor is a good AMD and, while it could be that, the chances that those go bad are so slim and don't think it is that. Processor slid right into the slot before I locked it in place. Literally no forcing...If you cannot come up with things to try, then help me come up with ways to convince the company at fault (whomever that may be) that it is their product, because I have been denied already by the main culprit ( Fatality) until proven otherwise.

this is the MOBO by newegg:
ASRock Fatal1ty FM2A88X+ Killer FM2+ / FM2 AMD A88X (Bolton D4) HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Gaming Motherboard

the cpu is this by new egg: AMD Athlon X4 860K Quad-Core 3.7GHz Socket FM2+ 95W Desktop Processor (BLACK EDITION) AD860KXBJABOX

According to the Asrock site, that mobo needs this BIOS update on it before it'll work.

Since that BIOS update is the latest BIOS, I doubt it's on that mobo

FM2+* Athlon II X4 AD860KXBI44JA 95W Kaveri 3700MHz 2MBx2 A1 P2.10

The only prob with getting new CPU's is the mobo when you buy it HAS to HAVE the right BIOS on it to support it, before it'll work

So, if this is the case you'll have to

1. Take it back and ask the shop to put a lower spec CPU in then flash the BIOS then put yours in or

2. Buy a lower spec CPU then flash it then do the above

so basically I have to call the mobo manufacturer and ask them a bunch of questions to make sure its supported and have them flash it if its not?

It is supported and compatible.

BUT the BIOS thats's on the mobo now. I dont think its got 2.10 on it.

So its not going to do anything until someone flashes the BIOS to 2.10. No If there's a local PC shop there where you are. See if they can flash it for you. But it needs to be a lower spec CPU (one that the BIOS on the mobo now ) supports

Ahh, I see what you are saying. Sorry was so anxious and stressed last night I didn't read your message carefully. After looking at the website I see that the latest bios added support for my chip and I probably don't have that version. Thanks for the help! I really appreciate it.

I have another question now that I have looked into it more. What would you do in my situation? There is no way for me to update the BIOS without a screen. I cannot afford to buy another chip for the sole purpose of updating it and don't have a chip in my possession currently that would work for it. I took it to A Plus repair today hoping that they might be able to fit something in there and get it done, but they also said there isn't a whole lot they can do. I have contacted both ASRock (again) and Newegg but have yet to receive a response from either of them. It seems really dumb that they wouldn't have some base drivers on the motherboard to access the bios in these types of circumstances because most manufacturers do.
