while cut pasting data from internal memory of my samsung galaxy s duos 2 jellybean 4.2.2version android phone to pc, i lost my data(photos) due to inappropriate file transfer...i tried many softwares but most of them demand the phone to be connected as usb mass storage so that it can be viewed as a drive on pc which can then be scanned easily to recover the lost data..but my phone doesnt give a ums option ...it nly supports mtp n ptp and when connected to pc is viewed only as a portable media device..so can anybody help me out wid diss??guys rply asap

no ive never used kies before ...but the problem is that now when i have no synced/backed up data, how do i recover it from my phone???that is why in wanted to know about the usb mass storage mode...as through that only id be able to scan my phone as a drive to retrieve my data,,
