the evil with in minimum cpu is i7 why this game cpu want minimun i7..the same game also in ps3?
and also the graphics is not huge graphics its same as resident evil graphics..i think its cpu gpu business trick marketting?
my pc i5 3450.turbo to 3.5hz and msi r9 270x 2gb,8gb ddr3 ram will it work work my spec at 1280*1024 res ultra settings..?

I agree, they're most likely bloated requirements. Core i5's are quad-cores and that should be enough. I haven't heard anything about the game taking advantage of more than 4 (although I could be wrong). Your system should be powerful enough to run the game at high settings at 1080p, so it would be reasonable to assume that you can run it at ultra at a 1280x1024 resolution.
