How to OC a XEON 2667v2 on a RIVBE?

Hi,

i can get a E5 2667v2 relatively cheap, so i thought why not put it on my Rampage IV Black Edition.
My question is how and how much overclock can i get out of this CPU with my setup?
And will i be able to run my memory on more than 1866mhz with that CPU?
The rest of my setup is as follows:

RIVBE
16Gb G.skill 2400 CL10
Coolermaster V1200 Platinum
VaporX OC R9 290X
Samsung 840 Pro 256GB
Nzxt Kraken X61
Corsair Air 540

At least an aproximate idea of what percentage OC to expect or the possible problems i might have
with BLCK overclocking?
Tips and/or tricks?
