monitor doesnt start in the first attempt

My rig is 1 month old.in the beginning it worked without flaws.but now the monitor does not responds after i press the cpu button in the first attempt.the graphics card and theCPU fan and all are powered up but the monitor does not respond.I have to shut the ups again .and then start the process again and then after 2-3 attempts it opens up.any solution?

It may not have anything to do with the PC as such, may be a faulty monitor. You need to eliminate the monitor as a possible cause by trying a different one otherwise you could be wasting your time and patience looking all over the rest of your system for nothing.
