When I move stuff on my screen, some electric buzzing comes through my headphones plugged into my back headphone jack. Sometimes I can't hear it and others is very noticeable. When it is noticeable, putting my headphone jack on the back of the case near the video card gives the same buzz.
Cheap PSU could be the problem also.
So my question is, which is the cheapest way to get rid of it? I have thought of:
1) Buying an external DAC and putting it on top of the table, away for the computer: ~50€ for the cheapest DAC-amp
2) Buying a better quality PSU: ~70€
Any other ideas on how to do it? Maybe put the card on the second PCI-e slot? I will have to remove two PCI brackets from the case, which can't be put back in, but if that fixes it i have no problem.
