hi,

i have a dell precision 390, core2quad q6700, with a basic stock CUP cooler (which is a big V shaped heat sink with a 5 pin dell fan) and a 375W basic stock dell PSU.

i m thinking of upgrading the CPU cooler with a "cooler master seidon 240m", because i want too and i need a little more space for my GPU and a led strip and an extra led fan.... =P

problem 1 ; is it compatible? because it says on the cooler master product site that its compatible with LGA 775 socket.

problem 2 ; i have two 5 pin fan ports on the motherboard but the "cooler master seidon 240m" needs 4 pin fan.. what to do?

problem 3 ; power consumption... i got four 4 gb rams, two harddisks, two optic drives and i m soon going to get gigabyte 750ti... do i have to upgrade my PSU too?

problem 4 ; or should i go for someother better liquid cooler.... because i totally want to make my PC look cool...

plz help!

thnk you... =D

The liquid cooler won't go in your case anyway, so there's no point in buying one. Is there any point also in buying cold cathodes and LED fans when your case doesn't have a window, you won't see them?

acrylic sheet on the side panel lets me see the inside but the stock cpu cooler doesnot look good... i was thinking of removing the two stocked fans which are in front to make room for the liquid cooler, if u say so then how about cooler master seidon 120, thats smaller than that.

can u tell me that is it compatible to my motherboard, i will some how get it in...

thank you for replying =D
