I'm going to be mainly using it to game and I'm planning on overclocking eventually, but I don't think I'm going to do it right away. Also I'm not sure about a case, so I'm looking for some recommendations for one.

Solution
I wouldn't go with the i5 4670k with that motherboard. Either get a i5 4690K instead or a Z87 motherboard. Basically, you would have to flash the BIOS and that is quite hard and risky to do. Otherwise it looks quite good. I would recommend the H440 by NZXT because its just great
