So as the title suggest i need help with deciding what PC to buy (since I dont know much about this sort of stuff). First PC will be cheaper than the second one so I am of course leaning towards buying that one, but I would like to know how much better is the more expensive one and could it be worth the extra money (I am talking about 250 US dollars difference).

First PC (cheaper one):
Processor: Intel Core i5 3350P, 3.1GHz
Chip set: Intel B75
Graphics: nVidia GeForce GTX750, 2GB
Memory: 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 MHz
Hard drive: 1000 GB SATA II, 7.200 rpm
Case: Midi tower, 500W

Second PC:
Processor: Intel Core i5 4440, 3.1GHz
Chip set: Intel B85
Graphics: nVidia GeForce GTX750, 2GB
Memory: 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 MHz
Hard drive: SSD 120 GB
1000 GB SATA, 7.200 rpm
Case: Midi tower, 500W

Solution

Then I would spend a bit more and get the second one. But you could get a better PC if you built it yourself. Is that an option?

Tthe second one has a newer processor, so is more 'future proof'. Has an SSD which you can install key applications and operating system for fast boot and load times. That's basically it. But whether it's worth it depends on what the main uses of the PC will be

Well I was looking trough the prices of components and the option to buy an already built computer is much cheaper then getting all the components and building it myself. Thanks for the fast reply and help man!

Benchmarks show that you should be able to get 77.7 fps at medium on BF3 and 38.7fps on Ultra. Crysis should be able to get 47fps at medium.

It's not brilliant, but it's playable.
