Was searching on the internet, couldn't find decisive answer, about it.

bassicly i have this power supply http://imgur.com/PlGC9Ot

i am planing on buying ether gtx 660 or gtx 760. The thing is i know gtx660 will meet the specs for my pc for sure , but gtx760 has 500w recomended minimum requirment . I also have read that power supply's ussualy have 40% more power , than is shown on the box. So im asking is it safe to buy gtx 760 for my pc , and will it work properly with my power supply.

Solution
I do not know about the quality of your psu.
Cheap brands do not deliver advertised power.
Worse, they do not have protective circuitry to keep from damaging the rest of your parts if they should fail under heavy load.

A GTX760 needs 2 6 pin pcie power connectors. If your psu has two such, I would say go ahead.
If you do not have two, the psu probably does not have the ability to deliver sufficient power.

If you can wait a bit, the GTX960 is due in October and being a Maxwell part it will need minimal power.
