My case is the Cooler Master Elite 430 - Black with blue LED power and HDD indicators. Is there any way I can change the LED power and HDD indicators to red?

You can, by replacing the fan in the front intake with a red led one. The lighting in the case is basically only due to the fan.

Oh yeah, it's a rather easy modification. First pull off your front panel and look at the mounting for the led's, screw mount, glued in, removable at all? Most likely the led's will be 5mm (3mm are sometimes used) and glued in (most common method used) with hot glue - they're usually fairly easy to remove, you'll need to secure the replacements with the same method if possible.
And then the hard part, purchase this http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/330643015670?lpid=82 (or two assuming 5mm) and stick it in where the blues were
