Hello, I have just completed an asus x99 build and am having trouble with the mobo bios. When I first booted up the computer everything worked fine. I was able to access the bios, etc. I subsequently turned it off and now I cannot get back to the bios page to change the boot from ssd to optical disk in order to install the os (ubuntu). I now get an Ad error on the mobo led and I have no idea how to proceed. I am pretty sure all of the hardware works, since it booted with it previously. Some research on the internet suggested that the issue is innocuous and just has to do with the os needing to be loaded, but when I boot my computer I get nothing, so I can't load my os. I am kind of caught in this vicious circle and not sure what to do. Any help would help.

The asus error guide that I am abiding by can be found here (page 24)

Clear your CMOS, this will reset your BIOS.

Disconnect all power from back of PSU, remove CMOS battery for 10-15 minutes then put it back in.
