Sir,
Recently I have bought one Asus X200MA-KX140D X notebook having Intel® Bay Trail-M Quad Core Celeron N2920 GHz Processor. . But, the problem is that the operating system (say windows7 64-bit) can not be installed in this notebook. The installation process stops and an error message shows just after "Starting Windows" screen appears. The message is like this, "A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI
compliant. Please contact your system vendor for an updated BIOS".

Please guide me on how to install the OS and should I update the BIOS? If yes, how and which version?

well update the BIOS first to the newest version. then try to reinstall windows again. (upgrading the BIOS might make your BIOS Fully ACPI and it might not) you can read the readme.txt or description of the bios update. if it does upgrade your bios to a fully ACPI.
