I switched on my asus laptop to do my homework and I noticed that it was freezing quite a bit. It is a very fast and new laptop that doesn't freeze very often. I decided to force shut it down because I needed to get my homework done without all the freezing. When I tried to boot my computer back up, it said that it was preparing auto repair or something like that. It then went to a blank black screen for about 5 minutes and then instantly after that, the blue screen with sad smiley faced popped up for about 2 seconds. Then it began to repeat the loop all over again. I have tried pressing f9 and all it does is it makes my computer say wait, and then hits the blue screen again after a while. Anyone have any idea what to do? I need this computer fixed as soon as possible. Btw the model is Asus N550JV-DB72t

Sorry for the late reply. Yes I have tried what you said and it still continues with the preparing automatic thing.

I have tried that but without removing the battery because my laptop does not have a removable battery.
