What is leading to your blue screens? Do they happen when you do something specific? What error code is on them? At least provide some information about the issue.

When your computer blue screens it pops up the blue screen that has two important bits of information on it, the nature of the unhandled exception and the STOP code, refer to the image below, the two important pieces in it are "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and STOP:0x000000D1. The STOP code can help point you towards the source of the issue.

Since its random, did you change any hardware or drivers before it started happening? If not then my next suggestion would be to get MemTest86 and boot off of it and let it run through a few times, if it returns any errors RMA your RAM, most RAM has a lifetime warranty so its a pretty easy process

What is your RAM timings and voltages? Where are you seeing 1400 Max?

Taking a blind guess, if your RAM is not set to proper timings, it could easily be your culprit for boot loops or blue screens.

hunter315: next time i get blue screen i write it down, its about 1-2 time per week
Adroid:

I might missed some not very good but here:

RAM (i think)
DRAM: 1.5v, NB 1.1v, NB HT 1.217v, NB 1.8 is 1.8v, SB 1.1v (all on auto)
Also in BIOS it shows rams are running 1333 mhz when they are 1866 -.-

CPU:
Offset 1.380v
NB offset 1.212v
VDDA: 2.510v (all on auto)

Another note: Not sure if im right, but i think when i built it i had some blue screen in beggining, then they stopped but once i tried AI ASUS to auto overclock it overclocked like 12% and then blue screen become very often so i set back on defaults but still have blue screen and random game fps drops
